Choosing to Enroll Select Invoices in a Textura Payment Accelerator Program
You can choose to enroll in a Textura Payment Accelerator (TPA) on an invoice-by-invoice basis. When you select this option, you will use the My Invoices page to enroll or unenroll invoices for payment via TPA. You will also be prompted to enroll during the Review and Sign step of the invoicing process see topic Accelerating an Invoice at the Review and Sign Invoice Submission Step.
To enable select invoice enrollment in a TPA program:
- Navigate to the Programs Page
You can only access the Programs page if at least one of your projects offers a Textura Payment Acceleration (TPA) program.
- From the Tools header menu, select My Invoices to navigate to the My Invoices page.
- From the My Invoices page, click Program Enrollment Settings.
The Programs page displays. The page includes tiles for each available TPA program.
Note: If you have not yet accepted or declined participation in a TPA, a banner will display on both your Home and Project Home pages. In the banner, click View Offer to view the details of and enroll in the program.
- In the tile for an offered program, click View Offer.
Program information displays. The title of the page reflects the name of the offered program. Details include:
- The program description
- The fee associated with accepting early payments
- A fee calculator you can use to simulate dynamic pricing scenarios based on how many days early you receive payment
- Enrollment settings
- Terms and conditions.
- Choose Select invoices for payment acceleration to later enroll specific invoices in a TPA.
- Click Terms and Conditions to view the terms of enrolling in the program.
- Select I have read and accept the terms and conditions.
- From the top of the page, click Enroll.
- The application returns to the Programs page.
- A Program enrolled message displays.
