Corporate Supplier Tracking
Use the Corporate Supplier Tracking page to monitor diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) commitments across all your projects. When you create a corporate supplier tracking program, you can easily monitor and report on funds allocated toward DEI initiatives by tracking goals and mandates at the organization-level.
All Enterprise and Local Administrators can create and edit corporate supplier tracking programs. Regular users with the View All Organization Projects user permission can also create and edit corporate supplier tracking programs. Regular users without the View All Organization Projects user permission and View Only users can view the Corporate Supplier Tracking page and program details, but cannot create or manage programs at the organization-level.
Additionally, you can generate a Corporate Supplier Tracking Report to view the diverse spend counted towards your Corporate Supplier Tracking program.
Note: You can continue to edit a corporate supplier tracking program after the initial creation, but you cannot delete it. You can only have one corporate supplier tracking program.

FAQs
- Are Corporate Supplier Tracking Programs automatically created from existing project-level or program templates?
No, your existing project-level supplier tracking templates will not automatically apply to a corporate supplier tracking program. To create a corporate level supplier program, you need to manually enter program details when you begin using this workflow.
- Do I need to add each project to a corporate supplier tracking program?
No, you do not need to assign a project to a corporate supplier tracking program. When you create a corporate supplier tracking program, Textura will automatically track the DEI values of all Subcontractors who work on at least one of your projects. When a Subcontractor submits a value and you approve it, that value will count toward your corporate supplier goal.
