Viewing the Early Payment Fee Calculation
Estimated Early Payment Fee Calculation
You can view how your estimated early payment fee is calculated from the following pages in TPM:
- From the Review and Sign step of the invoice submission workflow. On the Billing Summary card, click the How it's calculated link. A drawer is displayed with additional information on how the estimated fee is calculated.
- From the My Invoices page, click the Unpaid tab and then click the link under the Estimated Fee column. A drawer is displayed with additional information on how the estimated fee is calculated.
The following fields are displayed:
- Early Payment Fee Status: Displays Estimate for invoices that are not yet disbursed. The status changes to Actual when the invoice is disbursed.
- Payment Amount
- Daily Rate: Is displayed as a percentage.
- Estimated Days of Acceleration: Displays the estimated remaining days of acceleration based on draw end date and the Last Day of Acceleration.
- Draw End Date
- Estimated Early Payment Fee
- Estimated Early Payment Amount
- Help Text: This text is entered by your General Contract to describe additional information about the program.
Early Payment Fee
To view the actual acceleration fee you paid:
- From the My invoices page, click the Paid tab and then click the link under Acceleration Fee column.
The following fields are displayed:
- Early Payment Fee Status: Displays Actual.
- Payment Amount
- Daily Rate: Is displayed as a percentage.
- Days of Acceleration
- Draw End Date
- Early Payment Fee
- Early Payment Amount
- Help Text: This text is entered by your General Contract to describe additional information about the program.
