Resetting Your Password for Subcontractors

You can reset your password from any page in the Textura application.

To reset your password:

  1. From under your name in the header menu, select Reset Password.

    A dialog box displays.

  2. Select Yes.

    Textura sends a password reset email. The link within the email will expire after 60 minutes.

  3. Navigate to the inbox for the email address associated with your Textura account and locate a message titled [Textura System] - Reset Password.
  4. Open the [Textura System] - Reset Password email.
  5. From the body of the email, select the Password Reset link.

    The Reset Password page opens in your browser.

  6. In the Password field, enter a new password.
  7. In the Re-Enter Password field, type the same password you entered in the previous step.
  8. Select Submit.
    • The Textura Login page displays.
    • A confirmation message displays at the bottom of the page.
    • You can now log in to Textura with your new password.
