Reactivating a Disabled Scheduled Report
A scheduled report is deactivated if:
- Generated report files were not downloaded in the last 60 days.
- The most recent generated file is older than 60 days, and has not been downloaded.
- The report failed to generate three consecutive times.
- The organization is deactivated.
Reports which are disabled are displayed with a status Deactivated and the reason is displayed on the banner of the Settings page.
To reactivate a disabled schedule report:
- Navigate to the Reports Page
From the Tools menu in the header of any page, select Reports.
- From the Reports Table on the Reports page, select the disabled report.
- Select the ... (Actions) menu and choose View Settings.
- From the Settings pane, view the reason the report was disabled. If your report was disabled because it failed to generate, you may need to modify the settings to fix the error.
- Select Reactivate.
The report generation will resume based on the schedule you have set.
