Reactivating a Disabled Scheduled Report

A scheduled report is deactivated if:

Reports which are disabled are displayed with a status Deactivated and the reason is displayed on the banner of the Settings page.

To reactivate a disabled schedule report:

  1. Navigate to the Reports Page
  2. From the Reports Table on the Reports page, select the disabled report.
  3. Select the ... (Actions) menu and choose View Settings.
  4. From the Settings pane, view the reason the report was disabled. If your report was disabled because it failed to generate, you may need to modify the settings to fix the error.
  5. Select Reactivate.

    The report generation will resume based on the schedule you have set.
