CM201 - Lien Waiver Compliance Settings Have Changed

Cause

The General Contractor changes project lien waiver compliance settings to hold payment for missing prior period unconditional lien waivers for open and future draws.

Subcontractor and Sub-Tier Project Managers and Compliance Managers

Action Required

Subcontractor and Sub-Tier users should review the lien waiver compliance changes. If they are missing prior period unconditional lien waivers or any other newly required lien waiver items, they will need to submit or upload the lien waiver for General Contractor review.

The General Contractor then needs to review the Subcontractor's or Sub-Tier's unconditional lien waiver and manually remove the hold from the Edit Payment Status page.

Note: Depending on project settings and configurations, Textura may automatically remove the payment hold after the organization with missing lien waivers submits their lien waiver documentation.
