CM202a - Notification about Lien Waiver Hold Placed on Subcontractor

Cause

Textura places a hold on a Subcontractor with a missing lien waiver. General Contractors receive this notification to inform them of the placed hold.

Recipient

General Contractor Project Managers and Compliance Managers

Action Required

The General Contractor reviews the organization's lien waiver status to identify missing lien waiver documents and then follows up with the Subcontractor or Sub-Tier.
