Report Notifications

When report notifications are enabled, Textura sends notifications to inform users about report processing status and schedule activity.

The following reports support report notifications:

Cause

Textura sends a report notification when one of the following events occurs:

A report file is generated.
A report file can't be generated.
A report schedule becomes inactive.

Recipients

File generated: Users designated as report notification recipients for the report definition.
File can't be generated: Users designated as report notification recipients for the report definition.
Schedule becomes inactive: The report definition owner.

Action Required

Take the appropriate action based on the notification type:

File generated: Download the report from Textura or open the attached report file.
File can't be generated: Review the notification details, resolve the reported issue, and run the report again.
Schedule becomes inactive: Review the schedule settings. If the report is still required, reactivate the schedule or create a new schedule.
