Meaning

The SQL Server was in upgrade or maintenance mode when Textura tried to connect. During this mode, only administrator users can connect.

Possible Cause

The SQL Server was being upgraded or patched.
The SQL Server was restarted after an update and was still completing upgrade scripts.
Maintenance activity temporarily limited access.
The database was not fully available when the health check ran.

Recommended Resolution

This is usually temporary. Ask your ERP administrator or database administrator to confirm whether SQL Server was undergoing maintenance or upgrade activity.

If the SQL Server remains in this state or the issue continues after maintenance ends, contact Textura Support or your database administrator for further investigation.
