Meaning

A request reached the target service, but the service itself encountered an internal error because the receiving system had a problem processing the request.

Possible Causes

The ERP web service is temporarily having issues.
The middleware or backend service encountered an application error.
A recent change in the ERP environment introduced a failure.
The service may be unstable or overloaded.

Recommended Resolution

Contact Textura Support, your ERP administrator, or your ERP consultants so they can review the service-side logs and identify the internal error.
