Meaning

A gateway or intermediary system received an invalid response from another server because one system in the connection path could not successfully communicate with the next one.

Possible Causes

A proxy, gateway, or load balancer had a communication issue.
The ERP service returned an incomplete or invalid response.
There was a temporary network interruption.
Middleware routing or endpoint configuration is incorrect.

Recommended Resolution

Contact Textura Support, your ERP administrator, or your ERP consultants to review the gateway/middleware path and confirm the ERP service is responding correctly.
