ERP authentication failed
Error Message
ERP authentication failed
Meaning
Textura tried to sign in to Cloud ERP, but Cloud ERP rejected the authentication attempt.
Possible Causes
- The configured user name or password is incorrect.
- Someone changed the password in Cloud ERP but did not update it in the integration.
- The integration account is locked, disabled or expired.
- The account no longer has the required permissions.
- The Cloud ERP authentication configuration changed.
Recommended Resolution
Ask your ERP administrator or ERP consultant to confirm that the integration account is active and can sign in to the required Cloud ERP environment.
If you must update credentials or authentication settings in Textura, go to Integration Home, select the Settings tab, then select Manage Authentication. You can also contact Textura Support.
Do not include passwords in support tickets, emails, or screenshots.
