E2971 Cmd Rej: System busy - Repeat later

A system-busy error can result from:

• Heavy disk activity (resulting from database maintenance or measurement collection) is preventing access to the system.

  OR

• A conflict between two action commands has occurred. If you enter an action command while another action command is in progress, your command cannot execute.

  An action command is a command that changes the state of entities within the EAGLE. Refer to the command description in Commands User's Guide for assistance.

Recovery

1. Wait until the disk activity subsides or the action command completes.
2. Re-enter the command that generated this error message.
