E2712 Cmd Rej: RESETCHAR not valid with ACTION=CREATE

If the action=create parameter is specified, then the name, ext, and filelength parameters must be specified. All other parameters are ignored or defaulted.

Recovery

Re-enter the chg-tbl command that generated this error, specifying a valid combination of parameters.
