E3490 Cmd Rej: HIPR must be equipped on the shelf for this card

For the ent/chg-e1 commands, HIPR2 cards must be equipped in card locations xy09 and xy10 on each shelf that contains one or more HC-MIM or E5-E1T1 cards that are used as E1 or SE-HSL cards.

For the ent-slk command, HIPR2 cards must be in card locations xy09 and xy10 on each shelf that contains one or more HC-MIM, E5-E1T1, E5-E1T1-B, E5-ENET, E5-ENET-B, or SLIC cards when link parameter values a4-a63 and b4-b63 are specified.

For the ent/chg-t1 commands, HIPR2 cards must be equipped in card locations xy09 and xy10 on each shelf that contains one or more HC-MIM or E5-E1T1 cards that are used as T1 cards or ST-HSL-A cards.

Recovery

1. Display the cards on the shelf. Enter the rtrv-card command.
   The card type appears in the TYPE column for each card in the system. The card location appears in the CARD column; the first two digits of the location are the frame and shelf number where the card is installed.
2. Replace the existing cards with HIPR2 cards as necessary. Refer to Maintenance Guide for assistance.
3. Re-enter the command that generated this error message.
