E4830 Cmd Rej: LNP ported TNs (24Million or more) Qty Feature must be ON

The LNP ported TNs 24 Million Quantity feature or greater must be turned on before the LRNQT feature can be enabled.

Recovery

1. Display the status of controlled features in the system. Enter the rtrv-ctrl-feat command.
   If the feature does not appear in the output, then the feature is not enabled. If the feature has a status of OFF, then the feature is enabled but is not turned on.
2. Enable and turn on the feature as necessary. Refer to the ELAP Administration and LNP Feature Activation Guide for assistance.
3. Re-enter the enable-ctrl-feat command that generated this error message.
