The specified signaling link cannot be active.

Recovery

1. Display the status of the link. Enter the rept-stat-slk command.
2. De-activate the signaling link as necessary. Refer to the Database Administration - SS7 User's Guide for assistance.
3. Re-enter the command that generated this error message.
