E4233 Cmd Rej: Lock cannot be specified on first NT Serial Number entry

The serial number must be entered at least once without specifying the lock parameter.

Re-enter the ent-serial-num command that generated this error message without specifying the lock parameter. Refer to the command description in Commands User's Guide for assistance.
