E4184 Cmd Rej: EIR Subsystem is offline in database

The EIR subsystem must be online before the EIR subsystem number can be specified as a value for the ssn parameter.

Recovery

1. Display the status of the EIR subsystem. Enter the rtrv-ss-appl command.
2. Activate the EIR subsystem as necessary. Refer to the EIR User's Guide for assistance.
3. Re-enter the alw-map-ss command that generated this error message.
