E3195 Cmd Rej: At least one ENUM card must be provisioned

An ENUM card must be provisioned before performing ENUM-related configuration.

For the chg-mtc-measopts command, at least one ENUM card must be provisioned before the mtchenum=on or mtcdenum=on parameter can be specified.

For the rept-ftp-meas command, at least one ENUM card must be present before the enttype=enum parameter can be specified.

Recovery

1. Configure a card running the ENUMHC application, if necessary.
   Refer to Maintenance Guide, Database Administration - System Management User's Guide, and Hardware Reference for assistance.
2. Re-enter the command that generated this error message, specifying a valid combination of parameters.
