E2690 Cmd Rej: E5-SM4G Throughput Cap qty 6800 or above must be enabled

For the chg-stpopts command, to allow ANSI GFLEX and other EPAP based features to co-exist the E5-SM4G Throughput Cap quantity key for 6800 must be enabled.

For the enable-ctrl-feat command, to allow ANSI GFLEX and other EPAP based features to co-exist the E5-SM4G Throughput Cap quantity key for 6800 must be enabled.

Recovery

1. Enter the rtrv-ctrl-feat command to display the status of the E5-SM4G Throughput Cap feature in the system.
2. Remove and turn on the E5-SM4G Throughput Cap feature as necessary. Refer to the command description in Commands User's Guide and Database Administration - GTT User's Guide for assistance.
3. Re-enter the command that generated this error message.
