E2858 Cmd Rej: EE Filter associated to Network Card

The specified filter should not be associated with any network card.

Recovery

1. Use the rtrv-ee-card command to see the cards with which the filter is attached.
2. Use the chg-ee-card command to detach the filter from each associated card.
3. Re-enter the dlt-ee-flt command to delete the filter.
