E3430 Cmd Rej: At least one SFTHROT GTT action must be configured

For the chg-measopts command, at least one SFTHROT GTT action must be provisioned before the systotsfthrot=on parameter can be specified.

For the chg-mtc-measopts command, at least one SFTHROT GTT action must be provisioned before the mtcdsfthrot=on parameter can be specified.

For the rept-ftp-meas command, at least one SFTHROT GTT action must be provisioned before the enttype=sfthrot parameter can be specified.

Recovery

1. Provision at least one SFTHROT GTT action entry.
2. Re-enter the command that generated this error message.
