E3403 Cmd Rej: Association name must be specified

If the enttype=sctpasoc or enttype=ua parameter is specified, then the aname parameter must be specified.

Recovery

1. Re-enter the rept-meas command that generated this message, specifying a valid combination of parameters. Refer to Commands User's Guide for assistance.
