E4090 Cmd Rej: Open associations cannot have same lhost/lport

No two open associations can have the same value for the LHOST/LPORT parameters.

Recovery

1. Use the rtrv-assoc command to see all the configured associations.
2. Re-enter the chg-assoc command to update an association with unique LHOST/LPORT values.
