E3498 Cmd Rej: SPRM & TPRM combination must be unique in a GTTAct Set

A maximum of two SCPVAL GTT actions are allowed in an action set, and both should have a different combination of SPRM and TPRM.

Recovery

1. Enter the rtrv-gttaset command to display the entries from the GTT action set table.
2. Re-enter the command that generated this error message, specifying a valid combination of parameters.
