E5279 Cmd Rej: MEASPLAT or Integrated Measurements feature must be ON

The Measurements Platform or Integrated Measurements feature must be turned on before the chg-measopts, chg-mtc-measopts, rept-ftp-meas, or rept-stat-meas command can be entered.

Note:

Once a feature that is controlled using a feature bit has been turned on, it cannot be turned off.

Recovery

1. Display the status of the Measurements Platform and Integrated Measurements features. Enter the rtrv-feat and rtrv-ctrl-feat commands, respectively.
   If Measurements Platform feature has a status of OFF in the rtrv-feat command output, then the feature is not turned on. If the Integrated Measurements feature does not appear in the rtrv-ctrl-feat output, then the feature is not enabled. If the feature has a status of OFF, then the feature is enabled, but is not turned on.
2. Turn or or enable and turn on the desired feature. Refer to the Database Administration - System Management User's Guide for assistance.
3. Re-enter the command that generated this error message.
