E2400 Cmd Rej: Dual ExAP Config feature must be Enabled

For the chg-card command, if the value ELAP or EPAP is specified for the data parameter for VSCCP, the Dual ExAP Config feature must be enabled

For the chg/ent-lnp-serv command, the Dual ExAP Config feature must be enabled before the nrqdtblnop parameter can be specified.

For the chg-sccpopts command, the Dual ExAP Config feature must be enabled before the GTTDIST=EPAP/ELAP parameter can be specified.

For the rept-stat-mfc command, the Dual ExAP Config feature must be enabled before a value of scpepap or scpelap can be specified for the service parameter.

For the rept-stat-sccp command, the Dual ExAP Config feature must be enabled before data=elap/epap/gtt can be specified.

Recovery

1. Enter the rtrv-ctrl-feat command to verify whether the Dual ExAP Config feature is enabled. If Dual ExAP Config feature is not enabled, enter the following command to enable the feature:

   Enable-ctrl-feat:partnum=893040501:fak=<feature access key>

2. Re-enter the command that generated this error message, specifying a valid combination of parameters. Refer to the command description in Commands User's Guide for assistance.
