E2862 Cmd Rej: EE Card table is full

The EE CARD table cannot contain more than 256 entries.

Recovery

1. Use the rtrv-ee-card command to see all the cards configured for EE.
2. Use the dact-ee command to delete the unneeded EE cards.
3. Re-enter the chg-ee-card command to configure a card for EE.
