E4917 Cmd Rej: OAM card has Thermal Alarm

The command could not be completed because the temperature is too hot on the OAM card.

Recovery

1. Verify that the fan assembly located in the shelf is working properly and that the fan filters are clean.
2. If the fan unit is working properly, employ additional cooling methods to the card as needed. Use the rtrv-th-alm command to display the current temperature alarm thresholds, and if appropriate, the chg-th-alm command to change the thresholds.
