P Appendix: SFTP File Directory and Filename Format

This section lists the sFTP directories where user can upload and download batch files via sFTP server.

For additional details on sFTP account setup, see Oracle® Retail Enterprise Inventory Cloud Service Security Guide Nightly Batch File Uploads and Export File Downloads sections.

Clearance Price Change Import File

User logs into the SFTP server, and transfer data files to the directory:

/{sftp user}/from_thirdparty

Zip Filename Format

<event type>_<date in YYYYMMDDHH24MISS format>_<loc type>.zip

Where event type value is "CLRPC". The loc type field would be either 'S' or 'W'.

The zip file can contain one or more files from same or different stores. The complete file needs to be added for zip file for job to pick it for processing.

Example:

CLRPC_20180129133250_S.zip CLRPC_20180129133250_S.zip.complete

Filename Inside Zip

<event type>_<date in YYYYMMDDHH24MISS format>_<loc id>_<loc type>.dat

Where event type value is "CLRPC" (clearances), the loc type field would be either 'S' or 'W'.

Example:

Initial Inventory Import File

User logs into the SFTP server, and transfer data files to the directory:

/{sftp user}/from_thirdparty

Zip Filename Format

<file prefix>_<date in YYYYMMDDHH24MISS format>.zip

Where file prefix value is EXTSTK_. The zip file can contain one or more .date files.

The complete file needs to be added for zip file for job to pick it for processing.

Example:

EXTSTK _20180129133250.zip EXTSTK_20180129133250.zip.complete

Where event type value is "REGPC". The loc type field would be either 'S' or 'W'.

Where event type is "REGPC" (regular price changes). The loc type field would be either 'S' or 'W'.

Retail Sale Audit Import File

Notes:

When Retail Sale Audit Import File from MFCS will be auto-pushed to SIOCS sFTP server directory

/{sftp user}

For third-party provided ReSA file, user logs into the SFTP server, and transfer data files to the directory:

/{sftp user}/from_thirdparty

User logs into the SFTP server, and transfer data files to the directory:

Where file prefix value is STK. The zip file can contain one or more .date files (for example, STK_20180129133250_1111.dat).

The complete file needs to be added for zip file for job to pick it for processing.

Example:

STK_20180129133250.zip STK_20180129133250.zip.complete

Where file prefix value is "WHIMS". The zip file can contain one or more files. The complete file needs to be added for zip file for job to pick it for processing.

Where file prefix value is "WHIMS". The prefix and date combination allows file to be unique for every upload.

Inventory Extract

User logs into the SFTP server, and download data files from directory:

/{sftp user}/EXPORT/to_thirdparty

<file prefix>_<store Id>_<extract date in yyyyMMddHHmmss>.TXT

Where file prefix value is PRODUCT_LOCATION_INV, store Id is the store identifier.

Example:

PRODUCT_LOCATION_INV_1111_20180129133250.TXT

PRODUCT_LOCATION_INV_1111_20180129133250.TXT.complete

Stock Count Export File

When Stock count is unit and amount and authorization succeeded, the stock count authorize process attempts to create an export file.

By default, SIOCS system stock count export file is sent to MFCS sFTP server when sftp push is enabled, and stock count export system configuration is as /<mfcsFtpUser>

From where, MFCS batch will process the stock count file.

Zip Filename Format

<file prefix>_<store id>_<stock count schedule date in yyyyMMddHHmmss> _<export date in yyyyMMddHHmmss>.zip

Where file prefix value is STK_. The zip file can contain one or more .date files.

The complete file is added for job to pick it for processing.

Example:

STK _1111_20180128133250_20180129133250.zip

STK_1111_20180128133250_20180129133250.zip.complete

<file prefix>_<store id>_<stock count schedule date in yyyyMMddHHmmss> _<export date in yyyyMMddHHmmss>.DAT

The complete file is added for job to pick it for processing.
