Auto Settlement Transaction (auto_settlement with GENREPPAR.FMX)

Available when the CASHIERING > AUTO FOLIO SETTLEMENT application function is set to Y, the Auto Settlement report shows all of the folios that were settled automatically. This report is automatically generated when the Auto Settlement process is completed and the folios are printed during the End of Day processing or by selecting the report from the Miscellaneous > Report menu option.

Selection Criteria

Settlement Date. Select the date that the folio was automatically settled.

Room No. Enter the room number if it is known. If not, then leave the field blank and all of the rooms that had the folio automatically settled show on the report.

Settlement Date. Shows the date and the times that the folios were automatically settled for the selected date. For example, if an auto folio settlement takes place on a reservation five times on a date, then all five records show.
