Notes.

When this application parameter is active, the Master Allocation or Master Block holds the space for the entire span of the group event dates, so that the space cannot be booked in between events by others. The Sub Allocation and Sub Blocks block the space for the specific event requirements.

When inactive, the overbooking of events is only allowed when the events have the same Block ID.
