When switching from inactive (N) to active (Y), existing Room and/or Catering Goals must first be deleted. This prompt appears if Rooms and Catering Goals exist. Select one of the options for deleting goals and the OK button. If no option is selected, only the Close button can be selected, in which case the application setting cannot be activated.
