Airports

When the OPP_MHOT Multi-property PMS license code is active, or when the OPR <version number> ORS license code is active, you can access the airports setup screen. Select Configuration>Property>Airports. The Template - Airports screen displays and you can create and identify local and regional airports used by guests for a particular property. In PMS, these airports appear within the (F7) Quick Key or Reservations>Cross Selling>New>Properties>Airports tab. In ORS, the airports appear in the Reservations>Sales Screen>Properties screen>Airport tab. Agents can use this information to better assist clients in making reservations.
