ALTERNATE SPACE Application Setting

Description. If you have a function space that requires a 'back-up' space, this functionality allows you to configure such a space as requiring an Alternate Space. When a space requiring an alternate is attached to an event, the user will be prompted to select additional spaces in case they are needed. When an alternate space is assigned, an event will be automatically created to hold that space for the same date and times as the original event.

Property Determination.

Activation / Inactivation Rules. 

If the parameter is set to Y (active) and the property wants to change it to N (inactive), if any event with alternate space exists for the current or future date, users will receive the message that such an event exists.

(Y) - Yes

(N) - No
