Arrivals and Checked In Today (arrchkinbyroom with INH1.FMX)

The Arrivals Inhouse By Room Report displays all expected guests due to arrive today and those guests who have already checked in. The ability exists to filter on specific room classes, room types or payment methods. Share reservations will be indicated with an * and the room count will only count the primary sharer. Restaurant outlets or hotels with "club floors" can use this report to track VIP status and other guests who are to receive complimentary cocktails or amenities in the room.

Note: The Source column will only be displayed on this report when the PROFILES>SOURCE application function is set to Y.

Selection Criteria

Filter

Room Class. Multi Select LOV for filtering on specific Room Classes. The Room Class filter is only displayed when the GENERAL > ROOM CLASS application function is active.

Room Type. Multi Select LOV for filtering on specific Room Types. Only include those Reservations that have the selected Room Types attached to the Reservation.

Pay Method. Multi Select LOV for filtering on specific Payment Methods. Only include those Reservations that have the selection Payment Methods attached to the Reservation. Payment Methods are configured in Configuration > Cashiering > Payment Types.

Include

Pseudo Rooms. Include Reservations made for a room type configured as a Pseudo Room.

Display

Preferences. Select to display preferences for the guest on the report.

Revenue. Select to display the currency type and the rate amount on the report.

Notes. When checked, all notes attached to the Reservation and Primary Profile will be displayed on the report.  The user can select from a Multi Select LOV, specific Note or Comment types they would like included on the report.

Include Internal Notes. When the Notes checkbox is selected, an additional check box is also displayed that allows the option of including those Notes that have marked as “internal”.  If this checkbox is NOT selected, the filter information on the report output does not display that “internal” notes are not included.

Share Names. Displays the names of the guests sharing the reservation on the report when selected.

Accompanying Names. Displays the name of the accompanying guest, or guest staying in the same room as the guest attached to the reservation. This will only be displayed when the application function Reservations>Accompanying Guest is set to Y.

Alternate Name. Displays the alternate, or native, name of the guest attached to the reservation on the report when selected. This will only be displayed when the application function General>Alternate Name is set to Y.

Sort Order. Alphabetical, Departure Time, Reservation Status, VIP, Room No.
