Description.  Contract Billing functionality.

Property Determination. Do you need to enter specific billing instructions for contracts? Just for information purposes allowing properties to specify billing instructions for Room section and/or Catering section billing on Group Contracts. Contract Billing instructions may be used to add information describing how billing is to be handled on the Sales and Catering Contract and on the Group Rooms Reservation Sheet.
