Courtesy Card Transfer

Available from the Miscellaneous>Membership>Courtesy Card Transfer menu option when the IFC>Courtesy Card Transfer application parameter is set to Y, the Courtesy Card Transfer screen enables a property to resend a selected number or all of the courtesy card transactions for a specific business date and a single membership type.

Search Criteria

Date. (Mandatory Field) Enter, or click the calendar button to choose the date, of the courtesy card transaction.

Membership Type. (Mandatory Field) Select the down arrow to select the specific membership type attached to the courtesy card from the single-select list of values.

Process Status. Select the down arrow to choose the courtesy card process statuses from the multi-select list of values.

Search Results Grid

ID. Transfer ID number assigned.

Date. Date the courtesy card was used for the transaction.

Name. Name of the guest attached to the courtesy card.

Membership Number. Membership number attached to the Courtesy Card transaction.

Amount. Amount of the courtesy card transaction.

Process Status. Status of the transaction that was or was not processed for the courtesy card.

Retransfer. This column indicates if the transaction has already tried to have been transferred to the vendor more than once. If it has and failed for some reason, then this column would be checked. But if it has not, then the column will remain blank for the transaction.

Description. Description for the Process Status column. Displays the reason the courtesy card data transfer was not completed.

Processed Date. The date in which the courtesy card transaction was last processed.

Buttons

Transfer. After the correct items have been selected, click this button to start the Transfer process. Before processing the transfer, a confirmation prompt is displayed showing a summary of the totals (number of selected transactions and total amount) that will be transferred. Select Yes to continue and process the transactions or select to No to return to the Courtesy Card Transfer screen and modify the items to process.
