Description. This parameter activates EFOLIO PROMPT functionality.

Internal Name. EFOLIO_PROMPT

Property Determination. When this parameter is active the E-Folio check box (default: unchecked) can be screen painted onto the Reservation More Fields screen. During the check in process this prompt appears: “Would the guest like to receive an E-Folio?” Selecting Yes selects the E-Folio check box on the Reservation More Fields screen and opens the Communication Information screen to add an e-mail address. If an e-mail already exists on the profile, then the Communication Information screen is not opened and the check in process continues. It is important to know that this process does not automatically e-mail a folio to the guest, but is merely an indicator that such an e-mail is requested. This functionality should be used by properties that are sending the folio e-mails via a process separate from OPERA and just need an indicator of which guests are requesting such an e-mail.
