F&B Agenda Notes

The F&B Agenda Notes screen is accessed by selecting the Notes button from the Meeting Agenda screen. (To access the Meeting Agenda screen, select the Agenda button from the Business Block screen. A number of Meeting Attendees must be entered in order to make the Agenda button available.)

Use this screen to add New notes, Delete existing notes, or Edit any special notes pertaining to this meeting agenda.

Note: When default note text has been created in Configuration>Setup>Note Types, and applied to the Agenda Note Type, the default text will display in the Text box.

Field Explanation

Int. An X in this column indicates an internal note. Internal notes will not be transferred via OXI.

Title. Note title assigned to the note.

Note text. This area displays the text of the note highlighted in the grid.

Creating or Editing a Note

Select the New button to create a new note. Or highlight an existing note and select the Edit button to edit an existing note. The Agenda Notes - New or Agenda Notes - Edit screen appears.

Date. The date and time this note was created. The current date populates this field by default. (View only.)

Internal. Mark this check box if this note is an internal note. Internal notes will not be transferred via OXI.

Title. The title of the note. This is user definable.

Note text. Add your note text in the text entry area.
