Folio Sequences
The Folio Sequences menu item is available when the CASHIERING > UPDATE FOLIO SEQUENCE permission is granted.
Selecting the Configuration > Cashiering > Folio Sequences menu option allows a property the ability to update the folio starting number. The starting folio number can be defined per Folio Type (when Folio Types are used), or Default (when Folio Types are not used).
Folio Type: Is Read only.
Folio Current Sequence: Will display the last sequence number used. (Read only).
New Folio Start sequence: Enter the new value that can be assigned to a folio.
OK. Select OK after updating the Folio Sequence with a new value.
