Gaming Offers

Reservations can be booked from OPERA Gaming Web Services and PMS with offers from the gaming system / patron tracking system. For this functionality to be available, the Gaming interface must be operational and the RATES > PROMOTIONS application function must be active.

When a guest is sent an offer, it includes an Offer ID code. When the guest books a reservation with the offer, if the profile is not found, the player information is retrieved from the gaming system.

On the Rate Query screen (or ORS Sell screen), the Find Offers button appears if the profile has an attached player ID. Clicking this button opens the Promotion List screen with the available offer promotions. After selecting the offer and completing the reservation, the offer is redeemed from the gaming system. If an Offer ID code from the gaming system does not match an active Promotion Code, another Promotion Code can be selected. If a reservation is cancelled, the gaming system makes the offer available again.
