House Booth Calls
This feature is available when the IFC > Display House Booth Calls application parameter is set to Y. Use the House/Booth Calls screen to manually manage outbound house and booth phone call charges. To access this screen, select Miscellaneous > Interfaces > House/Booth Calls. The House/Booth Calls screen appears. This screen can be used to process payment for selected calls or to transfer charges for selected calls to an in-house guest.
House/Booth. Select to search for calls made via house lines or via booth lines.
Resort. Available when the OPP_MHOT Multi Property PMS add-on license is active. Select the property to search for outbound calls.
Extension. Enter the extension on which the call was made.
From Date/To Date. Enter the start and end dates for the period you want to search.
X. Mark an X in this column to indicate that you want to Pay or Transfer this call. Use the All/None buttons to select or unselect all calls listed.
Extension. Extension used to make this call.
Dialed Digits. Phone number that was dialed.
Trunk ID. Trunk number if call was routed via trunk.
Call Date/Call Time. Date and time the call was initiated.
Duration. Length of call in hours/minutes/seconds.
Units. Call units if line usage is monitored in units.
Transaction Code. Transaction code to which charge is applied.
Post Date. Date when charge was posted, if different from Call Date.
Supplement. Any supplemental information collected on this call (information can vary depending on type of PBX handling the call).
Amount. Charge for this call.
Transfer. Transfer the charges for the marked calls to an in-house guest. When you select this button, the In House Search screen appears, allowing you to choose the guest to whom the charges are to be transferred.
Pay. Post payment for the charges for the marked calls. When you select this button the Profile screen appears, allowing you to select or create a profile. Once you have selected or created the profile, the Payment screen appears.
