Description.  Enable the ability to Configure the Import Rules for an IATA Data Load

Do you want the ability to configure import rules for an IATA data load?  (This activates the ability in OPERA to upload the data.  The data itself, (containing travel agent information from around the world), can be purchased from third-party sources. If the property has purchased software to upload all existing IATA number information, this function must be set to Y to complete the upload.
