Description.  Keep Event Details as they are when the event type is changed

Property Determination. When an event type is configured, you can establish default start and end times for the event type. You can also set up revenue forecast figures for that event type.  These defaults carry over to events when they are set up using the Events screen (EV_MAIN). If the event type is changed for an event, the defaults normally change to those configured for the new event type. This application parameter can be set to Y (the default is N) in order to prevent changing the details that apply to the event if the event type is changed.
