License Codes
The OPERA application that has been purchased is set up and activated through the OPERA License Codes screen. Select System Configuration > Setup > License Codes. To set up a new application, enter all the fields, select the Active check box, and select the OK button.
Application. Name of application.
Note: The S&C license and the OWSC license are the only licenses that allow you to choose an application from its list of values.
Property. The current user's default property appears in the field. If activating the license for another property, click the down arrow to bring up a list of properties.
Property Name. Full name for the property. The property name defaulting in this field is taken from System Configuration > Property > Property Details > Edit > Property Name field.
Product Code. Provide the product code for the license purchased. This code is the only field that the system validates during installation.

If more than 5 rooms are configured, the PMS license (OPP_XXX) is invalidated. To configure more than 5 PMS rooms requires a valid OPP_XXX PMS license. Note: The S&C Add On License Codes OPC_MHOT & OPC_MHT2 are only accessible when the S&C License OPS_XXX is Active. If a Sales & Catering OPC_XXX license is active and the property is running the S&C application, then the Property LOV field is visible on appropriate booking and booking search screens if the OPC_MHT2 or the OPP_MHT2 add-on license is also active. |

Number of Rooms. Enter the total number of rooms available at this property.
Number of Users. Enter the number of concurrent users. (Available if license is offered based on number of users.)
Active Y/N. Select this check box to make the license code active or inactive.
Activate All. Activates ALL main license codes of that type for each property in the database.
Note: For OXI only, each interface must be activated manually.
