Notes Action Types

Available when the OPI<version number> OCIS license code is active.

To create a note action type, select Configuration>Profile>Notes Action Types

This configuration item allows you to create a commonly needed action item that can be added to profile notes.  Notes action types should use an intuitive naming convention to facilitate ease of use. At the time the action type is selected for the profile note, you may also enter a due date for the action. The note action type that you create here is available in ORS operation mode by selecting Profiles>Profiles>Search>Edit>Options>Notes>Edit or New.
