Guest Secret Question

The Guest Secret Question functionality allows users to define the secret question used by the Security Web Service in OPERA Web Suite to authenticate the guest. Within the Security Web Service, the FetchQuestionList functionality retrieves the values entered on the Guest Secret Question screen and attaches the secret questions answers to the User Profile.

To access the Guest Secret Question functionality, select Channels > Guest Secret Question. The Master Question List screen appears.

To add a new secret question, select the New button. The Security Question - New screen appears. Or to edit an existing question, select the Edit button and the Security Question - Edit screen appears.

Enter the type of secret question in the Type field, enter the question in the Question field, and then select the OK button to add a new secret question. By selecting the Default check box, this question will become a default question for any user.

Select the Globe icon next to the Question field to enter translations of this question into other languages.

To edit a description in a specific language, highlight your choice and select the Edit button. The Multi-language Description - Edit or Multi-language Description - New screen appears.

Language. Select the down arrow to choose the language code.

Language Description. This information is automatically displayed according to the Language Code selected.

Description. Using the specified language, enter the translated description.
