Oracle Support

The Miscellaneous > Oracle Support menu option launches a new browser session for the Oracle Support website https://support.oracle.com to log support issues, view knowledge base articles, and download software patches.

When the OPZ_<version number> Operetta license is active, the Manage Oracle Support option is available from Configuration > Screen Design > Menu Design and if not selected to be hidden, the option appears on the Administration screen within the Property Panel section.
